Absolutely amazing service. Roman came out and got to work immediately. Half our power had been going out on and off for almost two weeks. We had another electrician come out from a different company two different times and he basically did nothing and said the problem was fixed. I told Roman what the problem was and he worked really hard to solve it for us. He went to check every socket in every room until he found the one causing the issue. He was also polite and kind the entire time. Very highly recommend him and this company.

Called BeniteX on an emergency callout when a new refrigerator just installed kept tripping the GFCI. Thought it might be a very expensive electrical problem but Roman came to see me within 1 hour of my panicked call, methodically diagnosed the problem, and determined through the process of careful reasoning, analyses, and testing that the problem was the refrigerator and not the electricity. This knowledge helped me research similar customer experiences on the internet where I learned that many new large household appliances trip GFCIs for a wide variety of reasons. Doesn't fix my refrigerator problem but it certainly is comforting to know that the power in my home is safe!

Awesome experience! These guys know how to please. They took care of everything start to finish. Their bid was reasonable and included the stucco repair and finish paint. They communicated well and kept us informed at each step.
They showed up promptly at the times they said and cleaned up when they were done. Great work!

Roman came and installed an EV charger for me. He was very professional and courteous. Due to issues with the charger tripping the breaker he had to come back a total of three times. Each time he was just as pleasant as the first and helped me figure out the problem as well as fix it.

I recently had the panel breakers upgraded by Benitex Electric, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. The team was professional, polite, and very easy to communicate with.

They took the time to explain what needed to be updated and why, answered all of my questions, and completed the work efficiently. Everything was done neatly, all breakers were clearly labeled, and the work area was left clean when they finished.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the level of care they provided. I would definitely recommend Benitex Electric to anyone needing a panel breaker upgrade or other residential electrical work.

I hired the team at Benitex Electric to upgrade my electrical panel from 100A to 200A and install an EV charger circuit at my home in Irvine, and I had a great overall experience.

From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Alexsei, the electrician who handled the installation, was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They helped guide me through the permitting process, inspections, and utility requirements, and were always transparent about the scope of work.

The installation was completed on schedule and very cleanly. Alexsei walked me through the new panel layout after the work was finished and explained the grounding upgrades, surge protection, and EV circuit installation in a way that was easy to understand. I also appreciated their flexibility while I worked through HOA approvals related to the EV conduit routing.

Communication was excellent from the initial estimate through completion. I would definitely recommend

Benitex did a fantastic job replacing my electrical panel. The crew was punctual, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. They walked me through the entire process, explained my options, and made sure everything was done correctly.

The work was completed on schedule with great attention to detail. The new panel looks solid and professionally installed, and my home feels much more reliable and secure. Had an excellent experience with Benitex Electric for my electrical panel replacement. From the first contact to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. They clearly explained every step of the process and helped me understand the benefits of upgrading my panel.

The installation was completed efficiently, the new panel is high quality, and everything was clean and well organized. 					  I cannot recommend BeniteX Electric enough! I've officially dubbed him the "Electrician Wizard," and after today's visit, I'm sticking by it.

He came over to tackle a complicated issue... read more with our bathroom light switches that had us stumped (it was easy for him!). When we realized we didn't have the correct parts on hand, he didn't skip a beat - he drove to Home Depot himself to grab exactly what was needed to get the job done right.

Beyond the technical skill, he was:

* Incredibly Professional: He was clean and very respectful of our home while working.

* Educational: He took the time to share his professional knowledge, educating us on our home's electrical system and what our current capabilities are before we'd ever need to consider a panel upgrade.

					  I had to get a new dishwasher installed but my outlet was not up to code. I needed a GFCI outlet. Roman from Benitex was very prompt and informative. He... read more gave me 2 options: change outlet to GFCI or change the breaker for dishwasher to a GFCI breaker. He was not pushy about either decision but informed me of pros and cons. We ended up choosing the GFCI breaker option for ease of use and would not have to go under the sink to reset if anything happened.
